# Can I view the interview questions before/after the interview?

### Fair Interview Process

To ensure a fair and equitable interview experience for all candidates:

-   All candidates applying for the same position receive identical interview questions
-   These questions are pre-selected by the hiring company
-   HireVue implements security measures to prevent candidates from viewing questions before their scheduled interview
-   Every candidate receives the same amount of time to review questions and prepare responses

This standardized approach gives all candidates an equal opportunity to showcase their qualifications and make the best possible impression.

### Accessing Your Interview Recording

**Important:** After completing your interview, you will not have direct access to review your recording through the HireVue platform.

If you need to view your submitted interview recording:

1.  Contact the hiring company directly with your request
2.  You may find their contact information in:
    -   Your interview invitation email
    -   Your candidate profile
    -   The company's careers website

The hiring company maintains control over interview recordings and will determine whether they can provide access to your submission.
