Hearing an Echo During a Live Interview

If you’re hearing an echo during a Live interview, either your microphone level is too high or the interviewer’s speaker level is too high. This means your microphone may be picking up the audio from your speakers or the recruiter's microphone may be picking up the audio from their speakers.

To resolve this issue, adjust your microphone and speaker settings. Try lowering your microphone volume first. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please try using a headset or headphones with a microphone.

Please follow the applicable link below to check your microphone and audio & speakers settings. Microphone settings (Windows) or Audio & Speakers settings (Windows). Microphone settings (Mac/Apple) or Audio & Speakers settings (Mac/Apple).
