No Image in your Practice Questions

If you are reviewing your practice question and you don’t see your image, please follow these steps below:

• Make sure to close any other program that could be using your webcam like Skype, FaceTime, etc.

• Switch browsers. We support the latest versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari version 9 or higher. We recommend using Google Chrome.

Please Note: Internet Explorer is not a supported browser 

• Check your webcam settings to ensure your webcam is working correctly. Check your Windows webcam settings or Apple webcam settings.

• Restart your computer.
