### Who reviews my interview?

Every company has a unique process for evaluating candidates. While HireVue provides the "digital stage" for your interview, we aren't involved in the evaluation or hiring decisions.

**The moment you finish your interview:**

-   We automatically notify the recruiter for the position.
    
-   The hiring team receives a link to your responses.
    
-   Their internal team reviews your interview based on their specific criteria.
    

### When will I hear back?

Since each company has its own hiring timeline, there isn't a one-size-fits-all answer. Once the recruiter is notified that your interview is complete, they will determine the next steps. They will reach out to you directly according to their own schedule.

### How can I get an update?

If you're looking for a status update or have specific questions about the role, we recommend checking these two places:

1.  **Your Invitation Email:** Often, the recruiting team includes contact information or specific instructions for follow-up right in the initial invite.
    
2.  **The Company Career Site:** You can usually find a "Contact Us" or "FAQ" section on the site where you originally applied.
